Have 10+ years as technologists, product builders, or repeat entrepreneurs.

Thrive on ambiguity and fast execution.

Are excited by the idea of applying AI and modern tech to solve real-world problems in legacy industries.

Want to build with frontline customer pain points in mind — not from behind a whiteboard.

What You'll Do

We expect you to lead with curiosity, ship quickly, and think in bets.

Embed with Sylvan, our construction services platform (~$700M revenue), and other operating companies.

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with frontline operators to identify, validate, and build solutions.

Access real data, real customers, business process experts, industry context and ability for rapid prototyping.

Ideate, prototype, incubate and iterate new businesses, tools, or platforms — and scale them with our backing.

Our Initial Focus Areas

These will expand as we invest in other service verticals beyond construction and also as we add more capabilities to our construction services platform.

AI for project management, workforce intelligence, supply chains, financial and operational efficiency.

Digitization of manual workflows (e.g., time tracking, safety compliance).

Construction SaaS, digital twins, drones, and prefab optimization.

Vertical-specific platforms — built with the end user in mind.
